Products marked PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate dispatch.

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before it is ready to ship. The estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page before you place your order.

Please only place a pre-order if you are happy to wait for the stated dispatch period.

Processing & Dispatch

Once your pre-order is ready, we'll prepare your order for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

If separate shipping is available, this will be stated at checkout.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time.

Pre-Order Delays

We always aim to dispatch pre-orders within the estimated timeframe shown at the time of purchase.

However, as pre-order products may still be in production, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If there is a significant change to your expected dispatch date, we'll contact you with an update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has been shipped.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbours before contacting the courier.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll assist you where possible.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.

Pre-Order Returns

Pre-order items can be returned under the same returns policy unless the product is personalised, made to your specifications, or another legal exception applies.

Purchasing an item during a pre-order period does not remove your applicable consumer cancellation or return rights.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order, subject to availability.

As some of our releases may be produced in limited quantities or through pre-order, we cannot guarantee that another size or item will still be available.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception applies under applicable consumer law, including certain personalised or made-to-specification products.

For hygiene reasons, some sealed products may also become non-returnable once their seal has been broken, where permitted by law.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
